Dr. Crespi and her team were amazing! I had such a great experience throughout my entire orthodontic treatment. What impressed me the most was how thorough Dr. Crespi is—she takes X-rays and carefully evaluates everything to help plan and predict each movement throughout the treatment. This was my second time having orthodontic treatment, and I don’t remember this level of detail and precision with my previous treatment. It really shows how knowledgeable and dedicated Dr. Crespi is, and you can truly tell that she loves what she does. Thank you, Dr. Crespi and team, for such a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my results and couldn’t be happier with my smile! ❤️ Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lakes Orthodontics! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with smiles and made to feel so welcome. I took my daughter in for her appointment, and the entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office has such a warm, positive, and inviting atmosphere, and you can truly tell that everyone there cares about their patients. It’s so refreshing to find a place where you’re treated like family instead of just another appointment. We left feeling confident and excited, and we are so happy we chose Lakes Orthodontics. We will absolutely be recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing experience we’re looking forward to many more visits!

From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful of our time. We were seen right on schedule. They took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan and made sure I fully understood every step. What stood out most was how they included my son in the conversation, making sure he felt comfortable, understood the process, and had the opportunity to ask questions. It was a very thorough and pleasant visit. I highly recommend this office!

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Crespi, and our experience over the past two years has been excellent from beginning to end. Dr. Crespi has always been extremely professional, dedicated, and attentive throughout every stage of the treatment. Her entire team is also very well trained and provides kind and organized care. The office is always spotless, clean, and very well organized. Scheduling appointments, communication, and the overall logistics of the treatment process have been excellent, which made everything much easier for us during these two years. Most importantly, the final results have been outstanding. My daughter also had to go through other important procedures related to the success of her orthodontic treatment, and Dr. Crespi guided us through every step of the process and referred us to other specialists when needed. We truly recommend her 100%. We are very grateful to Dr. Crespi and her entire team.
